I build the technical layer between an idea and a real product.

I am Cosmin Marica, an external technical partner for founders, agencies and small teams that need software execution without hiring full-time.

I work on the parts of a product that usually make or break execution: scope, backend logic, integrations, dashboards, automation, deployment, maintenance and technical decisions.

I am most useful when there is already a business goal, prototype, workflow or product direction — but the technical path is unclear, fragile or moving too slowly.

I do not position myself as a designer, a generic developer or a meeting-heavy consultant. I help clarify what needs to be built, execute the technical work and keep the product maintainable after delivery.
