Discuss Your Project

Privacy and cookie notice

This notice explains how this portfolio website processes information when you browse it or send a project brief. Cosmin Marica is the controller for information submitted through this website. You can make a privacy request through the contact form.

Information you provide

The project brief asks for contact details and information about your company or project. This information is used only to review your request, reply to you, decide whether the work is a suitable fit, and keep the records reasonably necessary to manage that conversation. Do not include confidential credentials, passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Essential operation and basic traffic measurement

The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. This site also uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement. It is configured independently from the optional analytics preference described below and does not use third-party cookies to follow visitors across sites.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose “Accept optional analytics.” They help answer questions such as which pages and sections are useful, which calls to action are selected, how visitors move through the site, and where the experience causes friction.

  • Google Analytics receives page views, coarse device and acquisition information, and named interaction events.
  • Microsoft Clarity provides aggregated heatmaps and reconstructed interaction recordings. The contact form is explicitly masked.
  • Names, email addresses, company names, URLs entered into the form, and free-text project answers are not sent as analytics events.

The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. You can reject it initially or withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent stops these tools from loading on later page views; it does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Attribution information

After analytics consent, the site may retain the initial landing page, referring domain, and UTM campaign parameters for the current browser session. If you submit a project brief, those limited attribution fields may be included with it so the source of genuine enquiries can be evaluated. They do not contain the text you entered into the form.

Cookies and browser storage

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can respect it on future visits. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use identifiers or cookies for measurement. Campaign attribution is stored only for the current browser session.

Service providers and international processing

Website hosting and forms are provided through the deployment platform. Optional analytics are provided by Google and Microsoft. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards.

Retention and your choices

Project enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage potential or completed work, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Analytics information follows the retention settings of the relevant analytics account. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable, withdraw consent, or contact your local data-protection authority.
